George Julius Greenwell, born David Stewart Peck, age 60, passed away unexpectedly on July 3, 2018 at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo, NY.   Born in Rome, NY, he was the oldest son of Ned and Janet Peck.  George moved to Liverpool, NY where he graduated HS and received his BA in Mathematics from the College of New Jersey. For the past 20 years George has worked in customer service for the IRS, most recently in Buffalo NY.

George is preceded in death by his parents, Ned Peck and Janet (Peck) Lannon.

He is survived by 5 siblings:  Lori (Peck) Leifer of Kansas City, Chris Peck of Trumansburg NY, Janet (Peck) Hobble of Apex NC, John Peck of Glen Ridge NJ, Jennifer (Peck) Nolte of Lawrenceville NJ and many nieces and nephews.

George will be dearly missed by his family for his intelligence, wit, and loyalty.

Memorial services will be held at Allentown Presbyterian Church, High St., Allentown on Wednesday, July 18 ^th .  Inurnment will follow in the Church Urn Garden.
