Frederick D. Rockhill, 92, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2016 in Stuart, FL. Born in New Egypt, he had lived in Bordentown, Morrisville, PA and Chesterfield, prior to moving to Stuart, FL. He attended Bordentown High School, and was an Army Veteran of WWII, Battle of the Bulge. He was a retired Real Estate Broker and participated in the WWII Honor Tour to Washington DC in 2014. Fred was a member of the Trenton-Falls Power Squadron and commander from 1965 to 1967, was a member of the American Legion for 54 years, the Sons of the American Revolution and a past member of the Trinity United Methodist Church of Bordentown.
Son of the late Frederick and Marian Rockhill, he is survived by his beloved wife of 73 years, Alice Flanagan Rockhill, his daughter and son: Donna Rockhill of Jensen Beach, FL and Frederick D. Rockhill III and his wife Pam of Yardville, seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Bordentown.
