Frank H. Pyle, 68 of Allentown, passed away Monday, September 23, 2013 at his home surrounded by his family.  Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, he was a longtime Allentown resident.  Frank earned his Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, Massachusetts. He retired in 2005 after a lifetime career at Public Service Electric and Gas.  He was a charter member of the Allentown SEALS golf group. Frank, son of the late Frank V. and Helen Bushallow Pyle, was a loving husband, father and good friend to many.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Monica, his son Nick  and Nick's long time girl friend, Allison Vogel. Frank enjoyed spending time with his family.  In his retirement he also enjoyed surfing the net, cooking, reading historical nonfiction and, of course, long walks in the park with his faithful companion and sidekick, McDuff.

A visitation with the family will be held Saturday, September 28 between 5-7pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S.
