Frank Inman, 88, of Cream Ridge, passed away Thursday February 26th at Bartley Healthcare in Jackson. Born in Hornerstown, Frank was a lifetime Cream Ridge area resident. Frank retired in 1971 as head brakeman, from the Union Transportation Railroad. He then worked as a School Custodian at McGuire Air Force Base, retiring in 1982. Frank enjoyed working for the Monmouth County Park System at Historic Walnford Park where he continued to volunteer after he retired. Frank was a longtime member of the Hornerstown Baptist Church and was a former church trustee and was a friend of the Upper Freehold Baptist Church.
He is survived by his cousin, Ella DuBell of Cream Ridge, as well as many other cousins.
Funeral service will be held 11am Friday at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown. Interment will follow in Emleys Hill Cemetery, Cream Ridge. Friends may Friday 10am until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made in Frank's name to Friends of the Parks, PO Box 686, Lincroft, NJ 07738.
