Francis K. DeViney, 91, passed away Wednesday, February 18th at her home in Manahawkin with her daughter and beloved nurse, Annie by her side. Born in New Brunswick, she was a trained nurse and Girl Scout leader for 50 Years. She was active in several youth services and recreational programs she developed in Milltown. Frances spent her life helping and caring for others.

Wife of the late Elton Taylor DeViney, she is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth DeViney of Doylestown, PA. One of 12 children she leaves four sisters, Ruth, Mary, Dora and Eleanor and two brothers, Manual and Bill. Frances is also survived by many ""adopted"" sons, daughters and grandchildren and leaves a legacy of endearing friendships.

Funeral Service will be at 11am Saturday, February 21 at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St., Allentown, NJ. Interment will follow At Jacobstown Baptist Cemetery. Family & Friends may call 5 to 9 pm Friday evening, at the funeral home and again Saturday morning 10am.
