Francis Ballay, 56, of Bordentown City passed away Wednesday March 19, at RWJ University Hospital at Hamilton. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he had been a resident of Bordentown since 1974. He was a self employed painter for many years before working for Home Depot in Hamilton Twsp Fran was a painter extraordinaire and was known as the painters answer man. He alson enjoyed woodworking and fishing.

Son of the late Edward Ballay, he is survived by his mother Jeanne Ballay of Phila., PA., his wife of 30 years, Christine Ballay(nee Sizer) , a daughter, Andrea Ballay of Bordentown, and a brother Edward Ballay Jr. also of Phila., PA.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Bordentown. Fran was a beloved husband, father and was respected by all that knew him. He will be profoundly missed.
