Francis N. Atkins, 87, passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at the Menlo Park Veterans Memorial Home. A family gathering will take place Friday, November 15 from 6 to 8 pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown, NJ. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the National Wildlife Federation, 11100 Wildlife Center Drive, Reston, VA 20190.
