Frances B. Ballinger, 70, passed away peacefully, Friday November 4, 2016 at her home with her family by her side. Born and raised in Magnolia, NJ she was a resident of the area all of her life. She was a member of the Order of St. Luke, was the youth group coordinator of the Magnolia United Methodist Church, was very involved with the 4-H Club. Frances dearly loved ministering to all of her appointments through word and song.

Predeceased by her parents, Henry B and Isabel E Abbott and her beloved husband George R. Ballinger, she is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law: Christopher G. and Deanna Ballinger and Andrew A. Ballinger and Kim Berdine, both of Magnolia and two grandchildren, Laura N. and Andrew J. Ballinger.

Funeral Services will be 10 am Wednesday, November 9 at the Allentown United Methodist Church, 23 Church St., Allentown, NJ. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park, Pitman, NJ. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 pm and again on Wednesday morning from 9am until time of service at the church. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the churches she had been associated with. Arrangements are under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Allentown, NJ.
