Florence Matthews (nee Olszak) 90, passed into Gods loving hands on Monday, March 24th with her family by her side. Born in Yardville, NJ , she had lived in Springfield Township most of her life. She was a homemaker for a large family, helped her husband on the farm, was a home health aide. She found great joy in cooking and baking. Florence was a member of St. Andrews Church of Jobstown and its Altar and Rosary Society.

Daughter of the late Andrew and Mary Olszak, wife of the late Robert Stanton Matthews, mother of the late Rita Gail Eleuteri and grandmother of the late Maureen Eleuteri. She is survived by 4 sons and 3 daughters-in-law, Joseph Robert and Nancy Matthews of Robbinsville, Donald A. and Mary Matthews of Jobstown, John S. and Betty Jane Matthews of Hamilton Twp. and Shawn P. Matthews of San Francisco, CA. 3 daughters and 3 sons-in-law, Jeanne Matthews of Imlaystown, Florence and Aral Demirtas of Houston, TX, Eileen and Philip Foga of Roebling and John Eleuteri of Bordentown. a sister and brother-in-law, Evelyn and Guy Diviaio of Skillman, NJ. She leaves her deeply loved 18 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday 10 am at St. Andrews Church, 2489 Monmouth Rd., Jobstown. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Bordentown Twp. Friends may call Monday evening 6 to 9 pm and again Tuesday morning from 8:30 to 9:30 am at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St., Bordentown.
