Emma Bahush Orosz, 88, passed away Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at the Masonic Home of New Jersey in Burlington Township. Born in Stoney Point, NY, she was raised in Carteret and resided in Fords, Woodbridge and Edison before moving to the Home. Emma was a hair dresser for many years; worked at CVS Drug Stores and retired from Holston Inc. in 1984. She was a member of the Hungarian Reformed Church of Perth Amboy and was past president of the Women's Guild and The Hungarian Federation and was also a member of the Carteret Chapter #239 OES.

Emma was predeceased by her loving husband Aladar T. Orosz in 1998, she was also predeceased by her loving sisters, Elsie Bahush Dorko, Edie Bahush Dushanek and Helen Bahush D'Apolito. Emma is survived by her loving nephew, David J. D'Apolito DMD and his wife Nancy of Woodbridge; great nephews, David A. and Philip D'Apolito as well as many other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be Friday, June 4, 2010 at the Masonic Home Chapel, 902 Jacksonville Rd., Burlington, NJ. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Hopelawn, NJ Eastern Star Services will begin at 10:30 am, followed by the funeral service. Calling hours are from 10 am until time of service. Arrangements are under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Bordentown.
