Elvera M. Pinkerton, 65, of New Egypt, passed away Friday, April 1, 2011 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital following a chronic illness.  Born in Dalhart, TX she resided in New Egypt for many years. Elvera was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister and spent her time caring for her family.  She touched the lives of many with her love, and she will be missed by all.

Wife of the late Robert Pinkerton, she was predeceased by her son, Darryl Giliberti, Jr.,  and her sister, Diane Greco.  Elvera is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Dennise and Guy Geiger and her grandchildren, Rachel and Nathan Geiger all of New Egypt; her brother and sister-in-law, Dominick and Kathleen Malato of Lacy Township; her sister and brother-in-law, Matty and James Ernst of Toms River, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held Monday evening at 8pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown.  Friends may call Monday from 6 pm until the time of service.  Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
