Elsye A. Cotter, 84, of Monroe Township, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 23rd at the University Medical Center at Princeton. Born in Trenton, she lived in Convent Station, NJ for many years before moving to Monroe. Mrs. Cotter was a graduate of Hamilton High School and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Wife of the late James R.G. Cotter, she is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Carla and Ronald Skjong of Tyler, MN and Anita Cotter of New York, NY; five grandchildren, Ingrid, James, Christian and Alexander Skjong and Alexandra Cotter; a sister, Margaret Blauth of Neptune; niece, Cynthia Carlin; nephew Don Blauth and many friends and relatives.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated, Friday, October 30th at 2pm at St. John's Church, 1282 Yardville Rd., Allentown. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Elsye's name to the American Lung Association, 1031 Route 22 West, Ste 20, Bridgewater, NJ 08807.
