Elsie L. Combs-Weiss, 81, of Hamilton, passed away on March 22, 2024. Born in Neptune, she was a longtime resident of Neptune before moving to the Hamilton area in her later life. She was a graduate of Neptune High School and was a licensed beautician with her own salon in Avon by the Sea for much of her adult life before retiring from hairdressing in 2005. Elsie then worked various part-time jobs until retiring fully in 2013.

She was a lover of cooking and baking as well as crafting and woodworking. In her salon around holiday time, she would bring in various cakes she baked to share with her clients and decorated the salon with decorations she made herself.

Daughter of the late Charles Combs and Elva Burdge, she was pre-deceased by her daughter, Charlotte Weiss. Elsie is survived by her son Thomas, daughter-in-law Lindsey, granddaughter Madison and grandson Matthew.

A service will be held at Peppler Funeral Home located at 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown, NJ 08505 on Saturday, April 13th from 12pm to 1pm.
