Elizabeth "Bette" Rusay, 92, of Manchester passed away, Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at Manchester Manor Rehab. Born in Carteret, Bette retired from Johnson & Johnson in 1972. She was a proud member of the Bethany Presbyterian Church in Trenton where was very active and served as a Deacon.

Daughter of the late Oscar and Margaret Dick, she was predeceased by her husband, Raymond Rusay, Sr. Bette is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Raymond Jr. and Kim, Richard and Beverly and Robert and Brenda; her grandchildren, Samantha, Ashley, Ben, Richard Jr. and his wife, Victoria, Gary and his wife, Brianna and Jim and his wife, Danielle; her great grandchildren, Eliza, Evan, Kylee; one soon-to-arrive great grandchild, Blake as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held 12:00 noon on Tuesday, April 4th at Peppler Funeral Home, 114 So. Main St., Allentown. Friends may call Monday, from 6pm to 8 pm and again 11am until time of service. Interment will follow in the Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown.
