Elizabeth ""Libby"" L. MacKinnon, passed away Monday, March 7, 2011 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton. Born in Bordentown, she was a resident of the city all of her life. She retired after 43 years working as the Bordentown City Clerk and Treasurer.  ""Libby"" was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church of Bordentown and the Bordentown Chapter #257 OES, where she was chairman of sunshine and cheer for 35 years.

Daughter of the late Joseph and Edith Hunt (nee Girton) and wife of the late Charles R. MacKinnon, she is survived by her cousin, Joan Dunham of Glenside, PA.; her daughters, Susan Dunham and Elizabeth O'Hara and dear friends, Doris Paul and Patricia Ryan.

Funeral Services will be 11 am, Friday, March 11 at the Trinity United Methodist Church, 339 Farnsworth Ave., Bordentown. Interment will follow in Bordentown Cemetery. Friends may call Friday morning 10 am until time of service at the church. Eastern Star Services will be held during the calling hour. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church, 339 Farnsworth Ave., Bordentown, NJ 08505. Arrangements are under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Bordentown.
