Eleanor Marczak Kukfa Cleffi, 93, of Hamilton, NJ, passed away Sunday, December 15, 2024, with family by her side. Born in Newark, NJ, she resided in Dayton, NJ for many years before moving to Hamilton, NJ. Eleanor worked in her family's florist shop, Lord and Taylor's department store, AAA, and several banks. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Church in Allentown, NJ, and the Hamilton Township Senior Center. She enjoyed cooking, painting, sewing, crocheting, knitting, and DIY projects. She genuinely enjoyed being with her family and friends.
Daughter of the late Helen and Ignacy "Charles" Marczak, she was predeceased by her husband, Alfred E. Kukfa Sr., her second husband, Robert J. Cleffi; her sons, Alfred E. Kukfa Jr., Robert A. Kukfa, her daughter-in-law Shelley Netherwood, and her brothers Robert Marczak, and Richard Marczak. Eleanor is survived by her children and their spouses, Patricia A. Ciszek (Peter), Kenneth M. Kukfa (Kara), and Dorothy Pavloff; her step-children, Robert Cleffi Jr. (Chris), Sandra Hobson, Barry Cleffi (Valerie), and Sharon Cleffi; her grandchildren Daniel, Katherine, Sarah, Robert, Ian, Caroline, and Katherine; her step-grandchildren Nick, Anthony, Vinny, Jeremy, Dan, Jeanne, Eddie, Kyle, Heather, Cody, Craig, Tiffany, Tara, and Glenn; 18 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A viewing will be held Friday, December 20th from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm and again on Saturday, December 21st from 11:00 am-12:00 pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 12:30 pm on Saturday, December 21st at St. John the Baptist RC Church, 1282 Yardville-Allentown Rd., Allentown, NJ. Interment will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Helmetta, NJ.
Memorial contributions may be made in Eleanor's name to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) , the Ehlers-Danlos Society , Serenity Hospice Care, 56 Georgetown Road, Bordentown, NJ 08505, or a charity of your choice.
