Elaine Mary Scaccetti , 80, left this world gracefully on April 24, 2023 with her daughters Jill and Melissa by her side. Born in Trenton and raised in Bristol, Pennsylvania, she spent most of her life in Bordentown, New Jersey before moving to Florence.

Her life truly began when Elaine married her husband Ben. Together they built a beautiful life centered around love and family at 22 Linden Road.

Predeceased by her grandparents Nicholas and Paulina Wasurka, her mother and father in law Lena and Galliano Scaccetti, her mother Esther O'neill, her soulmate, best friend and beloved husband of 49 years, Benny, her brothers and sisters in law Henry and Rachel Scaccetti and Galliano "Jack" and Helene Scaccetti. She is survived by her daughter Jill Lutz and her husband Lawrence, her daughter Melissa Gaskill and Mike Wentz, her brother Russell Pedrick, her brother and sister in law Leon and Tina Scaccetti, her sister in law Marion Hanuschik, her grandchildren Alaina and her husband Stuart Foulks, Amanda and her husband Kyle Bijou, Matthew Lutz and Erica Lutz, and her great grandchildren Jordan Elaine Foulks and Ben Owen Bijou and many nieces and nephews who she loved unconditionally as her own.

Elaine loved her family and often said her greatest gift was that of her Scaccetti family. She loved nature and found beauty in absolutely everything. She worked hard all of her life and made everything look easy. Her delicate hands transformed the most mundane into the most beautiful through her boundless creativity. Her sense of style was timeless and classic. Her home was filled with love and light and welcomed friends and family with the most open of arms. Always thinking of the small things that would brighten someone's day, she made you feel like you've known her for 1,000 years in 10 seconds. She was kind, gentle, nurturing, whip smart, and funny. She loved her casino trips with Millie and Sandy, Tuesday, Chester, Abe, Buddy, The Glen, working as secretary for employer and dear friend Harry O'malley, and random acts of kindness. Elaine asks that we continue to put love into the world in memory of her and her husband Benny.
