Edward J. Logan, 55, formerly of Jackson, NJ passed away on second shift in Ontario, CA with his sister and family by his side. Born in Perth Amboy, NJ, he lived in Jackson with his wife of 27 years, Ann Ervin Logan. Edward worked shift work at E.I. DuPont in Parlin, NJ for 14 years where he made x-ray film as his father did. He later had the opportunity to attend culinary school at Atlantic County Community College where he graduated first in his class. After school, Edward and his wife Ann, opened Classic Caterers in Jackson and catered to the community for 10 years. He served as a former Jackson Twp. Fire Commissioner and has many friends and family that will miss his cooking and friendship.
Predeceased by his beloved parents, Adeline and Julius Logan and his granny, Helen Jankowski; Edward leaves behind his family of sisters, Mary Ann Gullo of Pomona, CA, Nancy Logan and Barbara Logan-Graden both of Haw River, NC; his brothers, Michael Logan of Smithfield, ME, Errol Logan of Bound Brook, NJ and Joseph Logan of Philadelphia, PA; his wife, Ann Ervin Logan as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family.
