Edward Kubik, 62, of Allentown, passed away Monday, October 19, 2015 at Capital Health Systems, Hopewell. Born in Princeton, he grew up in Hightstown and was a longtime Allentown resident. A legacy member of the Hightstown Engine Company #1, Ed worked for Ridge Nassau Corporation for over 30 years. A member and past president of the Allentown Lions Club, he was a past president and board member of the Allentown Little League for several years. Ed loved to spend time with his family, days at the beach, and was happiest with a fishing pole in hand. He was quick with a smile and always had a joke ready.


Ed is survived by his devoted wife of 37 years, Melodie Kubik, his loving children, Courtney (Kubik) Szymanski, her husband Rich, and son, Chris Kubik. He is loved by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be held 2pm on Friday, October 23rd at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown. Interment will follow in E. Windsor Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 5-9pm and again Friday from 1pm until the time of service at the funeral home.
