Drew A. Theriault, 51, passed away suddenly at his home in Voorhees, NJ on Monday, January 23, 2017. Born and raised in Bucks County, PA, he moved to the Voorhees area pursuant of his career.
Drew was a life-long first responder, with certifications as an Emergency Medical Technician, beginning his career as a volunteer with Yardley-Makefield Rescue Squad and Rusling Hose EMS, followed by a professional career with NYC EMS Tactical Patrol Unit, UMDNJ EMS Special Operations in Camden, as well as an Emergency Dispatcher for Virtua MedCom, and an EMT/Fire Fighter for Voorhees FD.
Outside of his professional career, Drew's thirst for life revolved around fishing, his love for his dogs, Diesel and Samson as well as his vast array of friends, which knew him best for his clever wit and being the "King" of the "one-liners!"
Drew is survived by his beloved sister: Tammi Alper of Margate, NJ, beloved brother: Kevin Theriault and his wife Mollie of Bordentown, niece: Maggie Anderson, niece: Heather Black and her husband Jon, and great nephew: Oliver Black.
A Memorial Service celebrating Drew's life will be held Tuesday, January 31, 2017 beginning at 10am at Immanuel Baptist Church, Main and Poplar Streets, Maple Shade, NJ, followed by refreshments
