Dorothy Hutchison, 91, of Hightstown, passed away Monday, September 5, 2011 at Meadow Lakes in East Windsor.  Born in Camden, she resided in the Allentown and Cherry Hill many years prior to moving to Ship Bottom and then to Hightstown 7 years ago.  A graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, Dorothy work for Bell Telephone and Princeton Hospital before retiring from Hightstown Trust.  She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Hightstown and was a former member of the Garden Club and Woman's Association of Long Beach Island.  Dorothy was an excellent cook, enjoyed to garden and loved to spend time with her family.

Wife of the late Herbert W. Hutchison, she was predeceased by her son-in-law, David Newell.  Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Joan Newell of East Windsor; her son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Minnie Hutchison of Live Oak, Fl; her sister, Elizabeth Buzby of Marietta, GA; six grandchildren and their spouses, Marc and Karen Newell, Thomas and Jane Hutchison, Kristin and Thomas Olsen, Karin and David Piscitelli, H. Wayne and Sharon Hutchison and Becky and Jeremiah Carter; twelve great grandchildren and a niece and three nephews.

Funeral service will be held 10am on Saturday, September 10th at the First Presbyterian Church of Hightstown, 320 No. Main St. Hightstown 08520.  Interment will follow in the East Windsor Cemetery.  Friends may call Friday from 7-9pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 So. Main St. Allentown.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Church.
