Doris May Sugar, 92, passed away Wednesday, May13, 2020 at Preferred Care at Hamilton. Born in Trenton, she had been a resident of Browns Mills and Hamilton Township, NJ.

Doris had worked for the State of NJ, Department of Labor, enjoyed playing Bingo but she especially enjoyed her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.

Predeceased by her parents Lester and Anna Steward, her brother Leonard Steward and her beloved husband Joseph Sugar, she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Joseph and Arianda Sugar of Browns Mills, NJ and her daughter and son-in-law Julie and Larry Havens of Bordentown Township, NJ. Her grandchildren: Brittany Havens and Michael Sugar and step grandchildren: Gregory Havens, Kevin Dawkins, her sister-in-law: Shirley Steward, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends from her shows, Doug, Robert and the Rhino Theater.

Due to the pandemic a memorial service celebrating her life will be held at a later date.
