Doris ""Betty"" Pienkowski, 83, of Allentown, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at St. Francis Compassionate Care in Trenton.  Born in Allentown, she was a long time resident of the area.  A member of the Church of the Assumption, Betty enjoyed spending time at the Jensen's Community Center and loved being with her family.

Wife of the late Stanley Pienkowski she was predeceased by four sisters, Hannah Anderson, Violet Reading, Edna Swan and Ena Mae Raynor. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Nancy Philips, Stephen and Sherry Anderson, Patrick and Norma Malloy, Ronald Raynor, Henry and Marge Raynor, Donna Keris and Joe and Maggie Keris; sister-in-law Mary Keris; cousin Margerite Southard as well as many great nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held 12pm on Monday, June 6 ^th at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 So. Main St. Allentown.  Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Allentown.  Friends may call Monday 10am until time of service.
