Doris I. Karch, 88, of Hamilton Twp., passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at St. Francis Medical Center, Trenton.  Born in Ohio, she was a graduate of Allentown High School and a longtime Hamilton area resident.  Doris worked at Bell Telephone, Switlik Parachute Company, and Donnelly Hospital in Hamilton, but her greatest job was taking care of her family and home.  She enjoyed playing BINGO, cards, crafting and crocheting.

Daughter of the late William and Florence Young, she was predeceased by her loving husband of 58 years, Richard A. Karch, and her son, James Karch. Doris is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Dan Wolff; her son, Richard Karch Jr. and his friend, Diane Metzger; her grandchildren, Mark David Polascak Jr, Jennalea Polascak, and Daniel Wolff Jr.; her foster daughter, Kelley Borkowski; as well as many nieces and nephews and her beloved dog, Kora.

Services will be private.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Peppler Funeral Home, Allentown.
