Donald W. Ivins, 61, of Hamilton Square, passed away Saturday, August 6, 2011 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Hamilton.  Born in Trenton, he was a longtime Hamilton area resident.  A graduate of the University of Miami, Donald was a US Air Force veteran.  He retired from the Air Force as a Chief Master Sergeant after 36 years of service on McGuire Air Force Base. Donald was a loving grandfather and loved spending time with his family.

Donald is survived by his wife of 37 years, Anne E. Ivins; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Patrick and Jennifer Ivins and Robert Ivins and three grandsons, Nicholas, Sean and Jacob.

Funeral Service will be held 10 am on Friday, August 12 ^th at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown.  Interment will follow in Emley's Hill Cemetery, Cream Ridge.  Friends may call Thursday from 7-9pm at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Memorial Program, P.O.
