Diane Crane, 76, was born and raised in Jersey City, NJ and more recently resided in Freehold, NJ. She attended the Jersey City public schools graduating from Snyder High School class of ‘ 67. After receiving her bachelor’s degree from New Jersey City University (Jersey City State College), she began a 25 year teaching career in the Jersey City Public school system.

Diane is preceded in death by her parents, William and Mildred Crane. She is survived by her son Gabriel, sister Harriet Walker, and brother William (Kathy). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews, but especially Marilyn Holzman who always remained devoted to Diane throughout her life.

A Memorial Service for Diane will be held on Monday, June 8th, 2026 at 12pm at Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks Street in Bordentown. A visitation with the family will be held from 11am until the time of service. 

Diane was a lover of animals, especially dogs. In lieu of flowers, donations in Diane's memory can be made to any Humane Society or ASPCA
