Demir Guner , 74, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday February 11, 2024. Born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, he had lived in Bordentown Township most of his life. Demir came to the United States in 1985 and was very proud to become a naturalized citizen. He had worked at the Broad Street Diner and was a devoted fan of the New York Yankees and New Jersey Devils.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 31 years Patricia Smith Guner, his children: Michaela Guner and her partner Matt Becker and Joseph Guner and his wife Amanda of Bethlehem, PA. and many dear friends.

Services for Demir will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Bordentown, NJ.
