Colleen R. Ranallo, 49, passed away Thursday, October 5, 2017 with her family by her side after battling a long illness. Born in Atlantic City, NJ, she was a resident of Bordentown Township, graduated from Bordentown Regional High School Class of 1986 and attended the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. She worked in Management positions for many supermarkets in NJ and transferred her career to North Carolina in 1995.
Colleen had a love for her pets, lighthouses, writing, cooking and enjoyed traveling with her daughter to the mountains, lakes and beaches of North Carolina. She also loved returning home to New Jersey for the summer vacations and holiday's.
Colleen was predeceased by her husband John Ranallo, and her father Roy T. Hendrickson. She is survived by her daughter Morgan Ranallo of Huntersville, NC, mother Beverly Hendrickson of Bordentown Twp., brother Roy T. Hendrickson Jr. of Bordentown Twp., sister: Linda Nini and her husband Albino of Hamilton Township, her nieces and nephew: Julianna, Abbie, Emma and Gus Nini, Aunt and Uncle Virginia and George Feldman, many cousins and friends.
A memorial service celebrating Colleen's life will be held 8 pm Friday, October 20 at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown, NJ. Relatives and friends may meet with the family from 6 pm until time of service. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
