Colleen P. Dillon, 55, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at Capital Health System, Fuld Campus with her family by her side. Born in Munich, Germany, she had lived in Roebling for the last 27 years. She worked as an Administrative Specialist with the Science Department of Rider University and was a member of the National Poets Society. Colleen was an active volunteer for many Rider functions such as outreach events, the lecture series and also the NCAA tournaments and was an active member of the AFSCME Union as well.
Predeceased by her father, Jack Weaver and sister, Teresa A. Weaver, she is survived by her beloved mother, Joan Weaver (nee Gruber) her beloved husband of 29 years, Patrick J. Dillon, her daughters: Mary Kate Dillon and John Greenfield Jr. and Sarah E. Dillon all of Florence, two brothers and sisters-in-law: William A and Ella Weaver of Browns Mills and Michael L. and Deborah E. Weaver of Berlin, NJ. Three grandchildren (aka grand doodles): Teagan, Tierney and Caelan Greenfield and several nieces and nephews.
