Christine Fowler-Zelley , 73, passed away on Tuesday June 13, 2023 at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Born in Chesterfield she had resided in the Chesterfield area prior to moving to Hamilton Township. Christine was a graduate of Northern Burlington High School Class of 1968 and had worked as a Veterinarian Tech for Dr. Bruce C. Hansen of Jacobstown, NJ. For over 30 years she cared for both large and small animals, was a founding and life member of the Animal Hospital Assistance of New Jersey and showed sporting breeds of cats, dogs and horses. She was a member of the Antique Truck Club of NJ and showed both antique cars and trucks. Christine enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid skeet shooter, hunter and fisherman. She was also a past member of the Chesterfield Baptist Church.

Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Lena Fowler, her brother Edward Fowler and sister Arlene Bibus she is survived by her husband Harvey "Dave" Zelley, her nieces and nephews: Mary Ann Horner and her husband Joe, Bill Bibus and his wife Valerie and Suzy Heller. Many grand and great-grand nieces and nephews and special friends: Elaine Dudas, JoAnn Hanuscheck, Sharon Kent, Jimmy and Mike Kent, Jim Harper and Ted  and Mike Dolan.

Funeral Services will be 11 am Wednesday, June 21 at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown. Calling hours will be Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 pm and again on Wednesday morning from 10 until time of service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Bordentown Cemetery, Bordentown Township.
