Charles E. Stout, Sr, 88 of East Windsor, passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at St. Francis Medical Center, Trenton. Born in Hopewell, NJ he was a longtime East Windsor area resident. A US Army veteran stationed in Germany, Charles worked as a delivery driver and was a licensed Stock Car racer.

Son of the late Edwin and Frances Stout, Charles is survived by his wife of 65 years, Constance B. Stout; his children and their spouses, Gail Snook, Donald Stout, Catherine Morris, Robert and Kathy Stout, Daniel and Barbara Stout, Richard and Debbie Stout, and Charles Stout, Jr.; his brother, Howard Stout as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

A visitation with the family will be held Tuesday, November 16 ^th from 1-2pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St., Allentown, NJ. Interment will follow in Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery in Arneytown.
