Charles H. Lintz II , 43 , lost his two year courageous battle with cancer on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at Compassionate Care Hospice, with his family by his side. Born in Perth Amboy, NJ he had been a resident of Bordentown Township for the last 17 years. He was a contractor and field manager for several construction firms and had worked for Rider University in the facilities department. Charles was a New York Giant and Yankee fan and enjoyed tailgating with his close friends.
Grandson of the late Lawrence and Aileen Finer, son of the late Charles Lintz and Jane Finer Lintz, he is survived by his beloved wife of 18 years, Rene' Lintz (nee Franchino) and his children Alyssa and Chad of Bordentown. His brother Daniel Lintz of Key West, FL, his sister and brother-in-law, Amy and Jake Sinkus of Titusville, his aunt, Peggy Sullivan and her husband Byron of Ringos, his in-laws, Robert and Nancy Franchino of Columbus, his brother-in-law, Robert Franchino and his wife Lisa of Apple Valley, MN, nieces and nephews: Erin, Sarah and Emily Lintz, Aileen Sinkus, Lauren, Michael and Rachel Franchino and cousins; Mary, Katie and Meghan. We would like to extend a heart-felt thank you to our special neighborhood who have been so supportive of us these past 2 years.
A Memorial Service will be celebrated 8 pm Wednesday, September 4 at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown. Family and friends may call Wednesday evening from 5 to 9 pm at the funeral home.
