Charles F. Comisky, age 69, of Westampton, passed away Friday April 18th at Samaritan Hospice, Mt. Holly. Born in Trenton, he was a longtime Jacobstown area resident before moving to Westampton in 2003. A US Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict, Mr. Comisky was the co-owner and operator of Comisky Brothers Contracting and a past member of Pearson Memorial Methodist Church of Hamilton.
Son of the late George and Elizabeth Comisky, and brother of the late Helen Bren; he is survived by his wife of 35 years, Arlene Comisky (nee Wyckoff); his daughter and son-in-law, Charlene and David Reilley of Jobstown; step-son, Michael Tulli of Bordentown; seven brothers, George ""Mickey"", Russell, Albert, Robert, Richard, Jimmy and Ed Comisky; three sister, Dottie Kaczor, Mary Ann Blasig and Carol Voorhees and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday 10am at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown. Interment will follow in Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown. Friends may call Monday 6-8pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Dr., Marlton, NJ 08053.
