Catherine D'Amico of North Hanover passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2022 on her 87 ^th birthday.  Born in Glenmavis Scotland, she moved to the United States when she was 21 years old.  Catherine, with her husband Jerry, owned a farm in North Hanover, where they grew vegetables.  She was a great cook and loved to entertain her family and friends.  Catherine also enjoyed going out and trying her luck in the casinos.  Above all, she loved spending time with her beloved grandchildren.

Daughter of the late John and Mary McGhee, she was predeceased in 2019 by her husband of 60 years, Gennaro "Jerry" D'Amico and was also predeceased by two brothers, Pat and James McGhee.  Catherine is survived by her children, Donna D'Amico Carroll and her husband Andrew, Alfonso D'Amico, and Heather D'Amico Pullen and her husband David; her grandchildren, Katrina, Nichole, McKenzie, and Spencer Carroll, Alfonso "Rocky" D'Amico, Angela Hayes and her husband Joe, and Cassandra Pullen; her great granddaughter, Jenny Hayes; her siblings, Johnny McGhee, Molly Connell, and Annie Scott; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Services will be private under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Allentown.  Memorial contributions may be made in Catherine's name to Jacobstown Fire Company, 86 Chesterfield-Jacobstown Rd., Wrightstown, NJ 08562.
