Caryl D. Holzmann, 92, passed away peacefully on Sunday September 6, 2026 at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton, NJ. Born in Jersey City, NJ, she was a graduate of Lincoln High School in Jersey City and eventually moved to Bordentown Township in 1968. Caryl worked as an administrative assistant for several places including: Colgate, Peter Muschal Elementary School, the American Lung Association and the Bank of Mid Jersey. She was a member of Pearson Memorial United Methodist Church in Trenton and enjoyed reading, watching cooking shows, crafts and sewing. Caryl especially loved spending time with her family and visits from her grandsons. She will be deeply missed.

Predeceased by her parents Fred and Florence Holzmann, she is survived by her beloved son and daughter-in-law, Michael Harper and Heather Nye of San Francisco, CA. Two grandsons: Nicholas Nye and Wesley Harper. Her sister and brother: Marilyn Holzmann and Edward Holzmann both of Bordentown Township and many cousins.

Funeral Services will be held 11 am Friday, September 18 at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown, NJ. Friends may call from 10 am and are welcome to remain for the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Bordentown Cemetery, Bordentown Township.
