Carol A. Pinto, 83, of Allentown, passed away Monday, March 31, 2025 in Myrtle Beach, SC. Born in Newark, she was a graduate of Trenton State College and was a schoolteacher before starting her family. A member of St. John's Church in Allentown, Carol enjoyed shopping and going to the movies. She loved family game night and adored the holidays, which was a chance to spend time with her entire family.

Daughter of the late Antoinette and Peter Melillo, she was predeceased by her grandson Michael Argondizza and her brother-in-law, Donald Pegg, Jr.  Carol is survived by her husband of 62 years, Robert Pinto; her daughter and son-in-law, Liane and Bob Korn; her son and daughter-in-law Robert II and Lara Pinto; her grandchildren, Robert Korn III, Celeste Pinto, Alexandra Korn, Robert Pinto III and William Korn; her sister, Gloria Pegg as well as many cousins and extended family.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 and on Monday, April 7th at St John the Baptist Church, 1282 Yardville-Allentown Rd, Allentown. Interment will follow in Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery in Arneytown. Friends may call Sunday April 6th from 3-6 pm at Peppler Funeral Home 114 So. Main St, Allentown.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Carol's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , Memorial Processing, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
