Carol Ann Guillote, 64, of Bordentown City, passed away Thursday, April 1, 2010, at her home. Born in Minnesota, she resided in Bordentown for the last 40 years. Carol was a medic with the Women's Army Corps and was stationed in San Francisco during the Vietnam War. After her time in the service she worked for 30 years as a Registered Nurse for Memorial Hospital of Burlington County in Mt. Holly.

Carol is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Danielle Guillote-Melican and Sean Melican of Bordentown City; five grandchildren, Ashlyn, Michael, Matthew, Nicholas and Nora and her former sister-in-law, Susan Mulford of Rockdale, Texas.

Funeral Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Memorial Contributions may be made, in Carol's name, to the American Lung Association, 1600 Route 22 East, Union, NJ 07083. Arrangements are under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Bordentown.
