Bruce A. Waite , 76, passed away Monday March 4, 2024 at Samaritan Hospice in Mount Holly, NJ. Born in Trenton he had lived in the Columbus area most of his life. He was a proud Marine Veteran and owned and operated Waites General Contracting Inc. in Columbus. Bruce was a lifetime member of the Burlington County Country Club and enjoyed hunting and playing golf. He was a sponsor for Frank Cozze in dirt modified racing and loved the Yankees and Raiders. He loved his family and will be deeply missed.

Predeceased by his parents Charles and Margaret Waite and his brother, William Waite he is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Sharon Waite. His son Bruce A. Waite Jr and his daughters: Roseline Burnhill and Amy Kocubinski all of Columbus. His brother: Michael Waite and his wife Sandy and his sister: Shirley Littleford and her husband Jeffrey Goldman. Seven grandchildren: Michael Kocubinski Jr, Jacob Burnhill, Brandon Waite, Eliana Burnhill, Katerina Waite and Nate and Evan Kocubinski.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Bruce on Friday March 8 from 11:30 to 1:30 at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown, NJ. Inurnment will follow in Brig. Gen. Wm C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516.
