Bonnie J. Metterhouse, 87, passed away Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Sunrise Assisted Living in Jackson. Born in Selma, OH, she was a longtime resident of Cream Ridge. She taught as a substitute teacher at Allentown Elementary School for many years and was a member of the Allentown United Methodist Church. Bonnie's greatest joy was her grandchildren and spending time with her family. She selflessly sacrificed for her family with love and devotion.

Predeceased by her husband, William Metterhouse, Bonnie is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Caroline Metterhouse of Maineville, OH; her daughter and son-in-law, Lori and Kevin Cuff of Robbinsville; her grandchildren, Jessica and her fiancé, Jon, Dillon and Angela; her sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and David Harper; her niece, Elizabeth Kennedy and nephews Robb Harper and Matthew Markely, all of Ohio. Though far away, her heart was always with them.

Her family at Sunrise of Jackson loved and cared for her with compassion and dedication for almost 3 years. The affection and love given by her caretakers will never be forgotten. They are and always will be remembered by her family as Bonnie's Angels. Bonnie was truly loved by all.
