Billy R. Pittman, Sr. 74 of Riverside, passed away Friday, March 1, 2019 at Samaritan Hospice, Mt. Holly, surrounded by his family. Born in Oklahoma City, OK; he resided in Hightstown, NJ for 21 years prior to moving to Orlando and most recently to Riverside, NJ where he lived for the past 20 years. An ordained minister, Billy was a truck driver and worked as a driving instructor for other truck drivers.   He was a talented oil painter and enjoyed John Wayne films. Above all, Billy loved being with his family and his dog Freckles.

Son of the late Ray E. and Evelyn Pittman, he was predeceased by his son, Billy R. Pittman, Jr. and his sister, Kay. Billy is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Jane Burrows Pittman; his children and their spouses, Kristin and Glenn Mackey, Charles Pittman and Jody and Elyse Pittman; his grandchildren, Bryan and Carson Mackey, Skylar, Sidney and Sami Pittman and Vanessa Lukasik and his sister and brother-in-law, Pattie and Gene Pullen.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 6 ^th at 12pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown. Interment will follow in Yellow Meeting House Cemetery.
