Betty L. Hopple , 66, of Columbus, NJ, passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at Virtua Willingboro Hospital in Willingboro, NJ. Born in Trenton, she was a resident of Columbus all of her life. Betty worked as a custodian for Northern Burlington Regional School District for 25 years and was a member of the Ladies Axillary of the Franklin Fire Company in Columbus. She enjoyed trips to the mountains and feeding and watching birds. Betty's family was most dear to her and she especially loved spending time with her  grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.

Predeceased by her parents, Charles and Marion Horner, her siblings: Charles, Shirley, Walter and Marty, she is survived by her beloved husband of 47 years, James E. Hopple Jr, her daughters: Betty Hopple (Robert) of Browns Mills, Theresa Hopple (Sam) of Columbus and Deborah Hopple (Ed) of Maple Shade. Five grandchildren: Angel, Ashley, Robert, Liam and Adrianna, five great grandchildren: Carson, McKenzie, Logan, Bryson and Dorothy. Her sisters: Ann Johnson of Hamilton, Henrietta Crawford (Carl) of Jackson, her sisters-in-law: Terry Bowker of Virginia and Nancy Sanderson (Daniel) of Medford, NJ. and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A viewing will be held from 10 am to 12 pm with services beginning at 12 pm on Tuesday, May 31 at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown, NJ. Interment will follow in Bordentown Cemetery, Bordentown Township, NJ.
