Obituary

Betty Ann Golden, 86, passed away Friday, December 5, 2014 at RWJ University Hospital at Hamilton. Born in Allentown, PA, she had been a resident of Cream Ridge for most of her life. She was a school bus driver for Upper Freehold Regional School District, had worked for Robson's Farm and was a volunteer at Deborah Hospital for many years. Betty was also an expert quilter and avid gardener. In her spare time, she out fished most of the men in her family.

She is survived by her beloved daughter, Betty Ann Guyre of New Egypt; her three sons, Donald Gene Golden of Arizona and Daniel Wayne and William Neil Golden both of New Egypt; her brother, Robert Darton of LA; eight grandchildren, Kim, Carla, Marla, Kurk, Lisa, Tricia, Brian and Nathan and many great grandchildren.

A memorial service celebrating Betty's life will be held 12 noon on Thursday, December 11th at Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St., Allentown, NJ. Friends may call Thursday from 11 am until time of service at the funeral home. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made in Betty's name to Deborah Hospital Foundation, P.O. Box 820, Browns Mills, NJ 08015.
