Bertha May Lawrence, 95, of Windsor, passed away Thursday, January 18, 2024 at Serenity Hospice in RWJ Hospital in Hamilton. Born in Trenton, she lived in the Windsor area her entire life. A homemaker Bertha was a loving woman who enjoyed crafting and was devoted to her family.

Daughter of the late Benjamin and Johanna Peterson, Bertha was predeceased by her husband, Carlton W. Lawrence, her son, Harold C. Lawrence, her grandson, James C Stillwell as well as her seven siblings.  She is survived by her children, Janet Stillwell, Ed Lawrence and his wife, Michele, Wayne Lawrence and his wife, Chaojian and Carl R. Lawrence; her grandchildren, Timothy Stillwell, Trishann Wiltsey, Melanie Lawrence, Troy Lawrence, Kyle Lawrence, Benjamin Lawrence, Heather Nardone, Amanda Cregle, Madison Lawrence, Taylor Lawrence, and Quinn Paige Lawrence.  She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and extended family.

A funeral service will be held 12 noon on Tuesday, January 23rd at Peppler Funeral Home, 114 So. Main St., Allentown. Interment will follow in Ellisdale Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 10am to 12 noon at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bertha name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
