Bertha R. Fazio (Carnevale), 83, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at RWJ University Hospital at Hamilton. Born in Mt. Holly, she had resided in Bordentown for 45 years prior to moving to Hamilton Township. She was a graduate of Trenton High School and had worked as a secretary for De Laval and Lenox Pottery of Trenton as well as the A & P and Two Guys in Bordentown.
Predeceased by her brother, Anthony Ecalella and her daughter Cynthia S. Chorba, she is survived by her beloved husband of 64 years, Nicholas Fazio, her son and daughter-in-law: Tony and Vivian Fazio of Shelbyville, TN, her daughter and son-in-law: JoAnne and Dean Allen of Hamilton Township, two sisters: Janice Recla of Bordentown and Diane Jenkins of Mt. Holly, seven grandchildren: Cara Mithani and her husband Zeeshan, Dean Allen and his wife Monica, Jacklyn Allen, Danielle Jungman and her husband Chris, Megan Sasso and her husband Dan, Derek and Cody Chorba, a great granddaughter, Mara Allen, her son-in-law, John Chorba of Bordentown and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral Services will be 12 noon on Monday, August 24 at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown, NJ. Family and friends may call from 10 am until time of service at the funeral home.
