Barbara A. Pellecchia, 76, passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at her home in Allentown, NJ.  Born in South Amboy, NJ she resided in Allentown for nearly 50 years.  Barbara worked as a substitute teacher for Allentown/Upper Freehold School District and later as a Court Clerk for Cranbury and East Brunswick Township until her retirement.  Barbara was active with many charitable organizations and was a member of St. Gregory the Great Church in Hamilton Square.  She was caring and compassionate to others, always giving of herself to ensure the comfort and health of her loved ones.

Daughter of the late Frank and Felicia Ziemski, she was predeceased by her siblings Frank Ziemski, Dorothy Bodnar and Mary Zelnak.  Barbara is survived by her husband of 52 years, Joseph F. Pellecchia, Jr.; her son and daughter-in-law, Joseph III and Susan Pellecchia; her granddaughters, Valerie and Ellie Pellecchia as well as many nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, March 13 ^th from 3 to 5 pm at Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10Am on Monday, March 14 ^th at St. John's Church, 1282 Yardville-Allentown, Rd., Allentown.  Interment will follow in Allentown Methodist Cemetery.
