Barbara "Barby" S. Kamm Miller, 67, of Allentown, passed away Sunday, April 4, 2021 at her home. Born in Manhattan, NY she resided in East Windsor, NJ for many years before moving to Allentown in 2004. Barbara earned her master's degree from Trenton State College (now the College of New Jersey) and worked as a Speech Language Pathologist. She was an avid coffee drinker, enjoyed reading, music, playing Mahjong with friends, and Scrabble with her husband. A patron of the arts, Barbara spent time going to museums, musicals, and the opera while growing up in the City, and enjoyed traveling and going out to eat. Above all, she loved her family and spending time with them. She was a very proud "Baba".
Daughter of the late Maxwell and Hilda Kamm, she is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Paul Miller; her daughters, Sherri Dawn Firth and Lisa Miller Frankel and her husband Seth; her beloved grandchildren, Mackenzie Firth and Owen and Ezra Frankel; her sister, Marilyn "Mimi" Ticktin and her husband Michael and her nephew and nieces, Joshua Ticktin, Dara Stucki, Rachel Ticktin and Ellen Pittari.
A private graveside will be held at Beth Israel Cemetery in Woodbridge. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Barbara's name to the American Stroke Association, PO Box 417005, Boston, MA 02241 or at www.stroke.org .
Arrangements are under the direction of the Pepper Funeral Home, Allentown.
