Anna A. Russo (DeMeo), 91, of Robbinsville, passed away Friday, June 25, 2021 at Capital Health Systems, Hopewell.  Born in Brooklyn, NY, Anna was a longtime member of St. Edmund Roman Catholic Church in Brooklyn where she served on the Altar Rosary Society and hosted many fundraising events.  She also served as a Girl Scout troop leader, was a talented seamstress, loved to crochet, and enjoyed playing in the neighborhood card club "MARJEL".

Daughter of the late Carmina and John DeMeo; she was predeceased by her sister, Theresa DeMeo and in 2018 by her loving husband, Mariano E. Russo.  Anna is survived by her four children and their spouses, Phyllis and Joseph Geraghty, Richard and Jo-Anne Russo, Michael and Colette Russo and Lorraine and Kevin McMahon; her grandchildren, Richard Russo, Michael Geraghty and his wife, Lisa, David Geraghty, Cara McMahon and Matthew McMahon; her great grandson, Jack Geraghty and her brother and sister-in-law, Anthony and Jo Ann DeMeo.

A viewing will be held Monday, June 28 th from 3-5pm and again from 7-9 pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Tuesday, June 29 th at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 1285 Yardville-Allentown Rd., Allentown. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Queens, NY.
