Ann Louise Bowers, 90, of Allentown, NJ passed away Tuesday, December 30th, at the Geraldine L. Thompson Care Center, Allenwood, NJ. She resided in Orlando, Florida for many years before recently moving back to New Jersey. A talented artist of oil paintings, Mrs. Bowers enjoyed bowling and square dancing with her husband. She was a devoted mother who loved her children dearly.

Wife of the late Joseph Alfred Bowers, she is survived by her children, Elizabeth Ann Gelewski and her husband George of Oakland, NJ, James Alfred Bowers and his wife Terri of Allentown, NJ, Wayne Mitchell Bowers of Allenwood, NJ and Robert Bruce Bowers and his wife Faith of Newtown, PA; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 2pm Saturday at the Peppler Funeral Home 114 So. Main St. Allentown, NJ. Friends may call from 1 pm until time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to Vitas Charitable Fund, 1 Meridian Rd. Suite 5 Eatontown, NJ 07724.
