Angeline C. Zucatti, 89, passed away Sunday, January 10th at the Mercerville Nursing Center in Mercerville, NJ. Born in Hazelton, PA, she lived most of her life in Hamilton Two., NJ and Yardley, PA before retiring to Drums, PA with her husband Herman in 1982. She worked as a Histology Technician for over 30 years at St. Francis Hospital, American Cynamid, Hamilton Hospital and retired from Mercer Medical Center, in Trenton, NJ. Seven years ago, she moved from Drums, PA to The Clare Estates in Bordentown, NJ to be close to her family. She was a member of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church and its Legion of Mary. Angeline was a former member of the Good Shepard Catholic Church in Drums, PA where she taught CCD for 20 years and also volunteered for 10 years at Hazelton General Hospital in Hazelton, PA. Angeline was an avid reader, talented quilter, knitter, sewer, crafter and detailed needlepoint artist. During her lifetime, she found great pride and pleasure in making over 40 hand-made quilts, knitted ""fisherman"" afghans, crocheted dolls and doll clothes and numerous fine needlepoint artworks.

Daughter of the late Neil Cortese and Marie Rossi, sister of the late Joseph Cortese and wife of the late Herman Zucatti; she is survived by two daughters and two sons, Angela Petranto and her husband Edward of Bordentown Twp., NJ, Hank Zucatti and his wife Peggy of Jacobstown, NJ., Pamela Ann Zucatti of Norfolk, VA and Neil Joseph Zucatti of Drums. PA; a sister, Carol Sion of Philadelphia, PA; two grandsons, Rusty Zucatti and his wife Lisa and Eric Zucatti and his wife Tracy; two step-grandchildren, Andrea Ash and her husband Mark and Joey Petranto; six great-grandchildren, Adam, Abigail, Amelia and Delilah Zucatti, Jamie and Ciara Ash. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

Friends may call from 9:30a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Friday, January 15th at Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St in Bordentown, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11a.m. at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 45 Crosswicks St., Bordentown, NJ. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
