Andrew Gruca, 82 of Roopville, GA, formerly of Allentown, NJ passed away Saturday, February 9, 2019.

Born in Imlaystown, he was a lifetime area resident before moving to Roopville in November of 2018. A graduate of Allentown High School, Andy worked as an Instrument Mechanic for DuPont, retiring after 30 years of service. He attended Bordentown Baptist Church and enjoyed traveling as well as working around the house.

Son of the late John and Agnes Drialo Gruca, he is predeceased by his brother, John and sister, Stephania Maier. Andy is survived by his loving wife of 62 years and high school sweetheart, Joan Danser Gruca: his children, Andrew Gruca and Cheryl Correa; former son-in-law, Larry Correa and a very special daughter-in-law, Cheryl Gruca; grandchildren, Larry Correa, Kristy Benjamin, Kyle Gruca and Casey Wayne and six great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held 2pm on Saturday, February 16 ^th at Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St., Allentown, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 15829, Arlington, VA  22215.
